German schools angry over church abuse scandal

Ludwig Spaenle, president of the Conference of School Ministries, which is made up of the education ministers for Germany‘s 16 states, told the Passauer Neue Presse newspaper Thursday that church officials need to put "everything on the table" now.
He said the conference will develop new strategies aimed at preventing abuse in German schools.
